PURPOSE: A high density global positioning system(GPS) chip set incorporated therein differential global positioning system(DGPS) information data process device by using an additional skywave broadcast is provided to improve the accuracy of a conventional GPS engine by fabricating a position correction information selected from various information transmitted from the additional skywave broadcast decoder and a carrier wave data detected in the GPS engine. CONSTITUTION: A high density GPS chip set incorporated therein DGPS information data process device by using the additional skywave broadcast includes a GPS signal processor(22), a microprocessor(26), a communication port(28) and a GPS engine(31). A primitive information reconstructed in a dedicated decoder(25) through the sky wave antenna(23) and a terminal of a tuner(24) generates an interrupt related to the decoder by inputting a received signal to the microprocessor(26) through a GPIO of the GPS chip set. When a GPS observed data determined at the GPS signal processor(22) through a GPS antenna(18) and a low noise amplifier(19) is created, the interrupt related to the GPS is generated. The high density GPS chip set provides a position information(30) to a user in real time through the incorporated communication port(28) by extracting the additional skywave broadcast and a high density position determination work by the microprocessor(26) of the GPS chip set.
