PURPOSE: Provided are an apparatus of measurement for agronomical survey and a method of fertilization prescription using the measurement data, thereby rapidly and quickly measuring soil characteristics, such as pH, EC(electric conductivity), CEC(cation exchange capacity), etc, and soil components, such as organic matters, magnesium, potassium, calcium, etc. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus of measurement for agronomical survey comprises: an input part(30) consisting of a plurality of key pads; a pH measuring part(40); an EC measuring part(50); a color measuring part(60); a temperature measuring part(100); an A/D converting part(80); a controlling part(90); a data storing part(110); a display part(20); and a sound controlling part(120).
