PURPOSE: A method for managing a printing franchising service and a recording medium capable of being read by a computer having a program thereof are provided to deliver a printed photograph to a user rapidly by transmitting a file to be printed to a nearby member store site and printing the file adapted to user's requesting contents. CONSTITUTION: A member store DB is constructed using at least one member store information(S100). A member store registration requesting signal or a printing service requesting signal is received from a member store terminal or a user terminal connected to an information communication network(S104). A member store registration related web page is transmitted by responding to the member store registration requesting signal, and member store information is received through the web page and stored and managed in a member store DB(S109). A web page including member stores according to local areas is transmitted by responding to the printing service requesting signal, a member store adjacent to a user is selected through the web page, a connection is achieved to the selected member store, and a file to be printed is received(S110). At least one out of a printing requesting matter or a printing editing matter with respect to the received file is received and stored/managed in a printing information DB(S112).
