PURPOSE: A method for recovering a connection trouble of a personal computer on the Internet is provided to solve a user's trouble and reduce a mobilization of manpower by supplying a network setting technique of Windows and an interface for a user and supplying an environment capable of setting or recovering a Windows environment in a remote place for an after service staff. CONSTITUTION: A user's computer is diagnosed(100). If the TCP/IP of the computer is not operated normally, a one-touch clinic is executed(200). Although the TCP/IP of the computer is operated normally, if a connection to the Internet or other plug-in component, etc. is not operated normally, a remote operation permission is executed(300). If a user does not solve a problem on hardware of the computer, a business trip staff is called(400).
