PURPOSE: A system for forming and controlling pleasant indoor environment is provided to constantly keep pleasant indoor environment. CONSTITUTION: A system includes an air tube(100) laid to be connected with each room through indoor floors(130) and walls(110,150); an outdoor unit(200) having an intake fan(220) installed on an inlet side of the air tube to take in outdoor air, an air filter(210) installed on a front end of the intake fan in the air tube to filter introduced air, an air heater(240) installed on a rear end of the intake fan to pre-heat the introduced air, an oxygen generator(250) fluidically connected with the air tube through a first fine pipe(253) to discharge highly concentrated oxygen toward the air tube according to opening and closing of a discharge valve(251) and a humidifier(270) fluidically connected with the air tube through a second fine pipe(273) to discharge moisture toward the air tube according to opening and closing of a discharge valve(271); an indoor unit(300) extending from the outdoor unit and having a discharge fan and an outlet discharging air, highly concentrated oxygen, natural perfume and moisture introduced from outside through the air tube into a room and a speaker outputting preset healing music according to fixed control signal; and a controller(400) controlling various devices in the outdoor unit and the indoor unit and comparing data detected by indoor and outdoor temperature sensors with reference data preset in a memory to automatically control amount of oxygen, humidity and ventilation in rooms to be at optimum condition.
