CONNECTION-ORIENTED SERVICE METHOD FOR SCCP IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A connection-oriented service method for an SCCP(Signaling Connection Control Part) in a mobile communication system is provided to perform a connection-oriented service by using a user's own process value as an intrinsic signal connection number value. CONSTITUTION: If a user wishes for connection setup, a child process is generated, an ID of the child process is designated as a signal connection number, and a signal connection request is transmitted to an SCCP of an MSC(Mobile Switching Center). The SCCP of the MSC confirms whether a signal connection number transmitted from the user exists. If the signal connection number does not exist, the SCCP of the MSC assigns a region reference number corresponding to the signal connection number and transmits a signal connection request message to a remote station. An SCCP of the remote station receives the signal connection request, and detects whether the transmitted region reference number exists. If the region reference number does not exist, the SCCP of the remote station accepts the signal connection request, assigns a reference number for indicating the connection setup of a local station, sets a reference number for indicating the connection setup of a message transmission side, and notifies the set reference signal to a corresponding connection-oriented user. The user receives the reference number, generates a child processor and transmits a signal connection approval message by using an ID of the child processor as a signal connection number. An SCCP of a base station receives the signal connection approval message, defines an origination SSN, defines a state as a connection setup, and transmits a connection acknowledgement message to an object side. The SCCP of the MSC receives the connection acknowledgement message, extracts a reference number for indicating an object connection setup and sets a state as a connection.
