The fluid-filled tube having a hard disc drive spindle motor assembly of the spindle motor gives to balance dynamically. The assembly includes a hub that is rotated by an internal motor. A plurality of discs are coupled to the hub and is separated by a plurality of spacers. The fluid-filled tube in an embodiment of the invention is attached to the hub. In the fluid-filled tube in another embodiment it is attached to the spacer. The fluid in the tube is movable during the rotation of the hub. Movement of the fluid gives a mechanical balances of the spindle motor.
