The present invention relates to an OAM system for effective application of MPLS technology that is not dependent on two layers in order to effectively manage the MPLS communication network. The present invention provides a fault-related OAM consisting of a loop-back OAM for loop-back test between sections and ends, and a performance measurement OAM (terminal performance OAM) and termination for measuring network performance such as end-to-end delay and delay jitter. Connectivity Verification for Verifying Connectivity Between Connections The performance-related OAM, which consists of OAMs, is included to enable the use of OAM functions regardless of the characteristics of the second layer.
