METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CREATING SECURITY CONNECTION KEY VALUE FOR RF CARD

PURPOSE: A method and a system for creating a security connection key value for an RF card are provided to levy and process a price used by RF cards by reading various kinds of RF cards issued by different companies in one card terminal. CONSTITUTION: A card issuing device(50) reads a chip serial number of an empty card, creates a security connection key value by a calculation process in accordance with a calculation algorithm, and encodes a corresponding RF card using the created value. An RF card(20) is activated by a wireless electric wave being radiated in a card terminal(10). If a key value identified with the security connection key value included in the RF card(20) is inputted from the card terminal(10), the RF card(20) transmits information recorded in a memory to the card terminal(10) and pays a bill of a card. If the chip serial number is inputted from the RF card(20) activated by an electric wave of an antenna, the card terminal(10) creates a security connection key value by a calculation process using a calculation algorithm identified with the calculation algorithm of the card issuing device(50), accesses a memory area of the RF card(20) using the created security connection key value, and levies a bill of a card.
