MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PRODUCT MADE OUT OF CHIEF MATERIALS OF PERILLA FRUTESCENS IN REPLACE OF SMOKING

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of product made out of chief materials of perilla frutescens in replace of smoking which helps a smoker to stop smoking without prohibition symptom since it has an unique incense without nicotine. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of removing stems and impurities from perilla frutescens, cutting the plants while hydrating, separating particles and powders, hydrating the powders; pulverizing sorbitol, glycerin, angelica sinensis, anethum graveolens, menthol and isodon japonicus and dipping the pulverized product in a spirit containing 25 to 90% of alcohol for 12 to 24 hours to obtain an extract; mixing the extract the hydrated powders of perilla frutescens; and drying the mixture to the moisture content of about 15%.
