PURPOSE: A system and a method for promoting social ability are provided to promote the social ability by a CMC(Computer Mediated Communication) intervention and to improve an efficiency of a psychological intervention. CONSTITUTION: A general layout with respect to program contents is recognized(S11). A typical example is modeled and supplied for a learner(S12). The learner executes an action corresponded to a received question and registers the result(S21). An operator transmits a feedback to the learner based on an error of the register learning contents, and the learner receives a prompt reinforcement(S22). The learner observes learning contents of other learners and a feedback of the operator(S23). Previous learning degrees and a review of the learners are checked and executed(S31). An introduction with respect to the learning contents on the day is executed(S32). A regular social learning is started(S33). The learning contents are arranged after terminating the social learning(S34). A homework is allocated to each learner(S35). A program being executed collectively in a deepening learning through an on-line meeting is specified according to learners through a homework registration according to learners(S40). Continuously, an individual reinforcement and a supplementary lesson are executed(S50).
