In the method, if a specific code for confirming whether a private wireless network is accessible from a mobile terminal in the public and private shared cell area through the base station is received, the call management device is configured to register an internal registration device in response to the specific code. And determining whether the mobile terminal is registered with the private wireless network service by using the mobile terminal, and providing a result of confirming whether the private wireless network is accessible by the determination to the mobile terminal through the base station.
