PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for treating livestock wastewater using solar heat, which is characterized in that livestock wastewater is evaporated naturally by solar heat. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes a frame(32) installed at the bottom of a vinyl house(20); and vinyl layer(33), thermal insulator layer(34), high intensity vinyl layer(35), and non woven fabric layer(36) are installed on the frame(32) in turn for forming an evaporation room(30). Therefore, livestock wastewater of the evaporation room(30) is evaporated naturally by solar heat.
