摘要
In computer systems where the adapter card can be "hot plugged" into the I / O bus connector, the series connection's resistors and "voltage feedback" switches have voltages at the power pins of each I / O connector and at the output port of the power supply. It is connected between the power input port to adjust. Another resistor with a resistance greater than each resistor connected to the I / O connector is connected between the input and output ports of the power supply, providing voltage feedback when the power supply to all I / O connectors is switched off. Adjust the output voltage. Power to the individual I / O connectors is turned off before the adapter card is plugged into or disconnected into the I / O connector, and immediately after the card is plugged into the connector. Each voltage feedback switch is turned on by the controller shortly after the power to the I / O connector is switched on, and each feedback switch is turned off just before the power to the I / O connector is turned off. When a power supply is turned on at one or more I / O connectors, the voltage at the input port of the power supply is the average of the voltages at the power pins of the turned on I / O connectors. With this switched feedback arrangement, the average supply voltage of the individual I / O connectors is kept within a marginal error of "specification", and the voltage deviation at any I / O connector can be minimized from the "specification".
