The present invention relates to a single-phase quasi-crystalline aluminum alloy comprising aluminum as a main component and to which nickel, cobalt, and silicon are added, wherein the fourth element is contained in an aluminum alloy containing 12-15 atomic% nickel and 13-16 atomic% cobalt. By adding 3-5 atomic% of silicon, the quasi-crystalline single phase aluminum alloy can be produced by the die casting method having a cooling rate of 10 0 -10 2 K / sec. It can be usefully used in the preparation of semi-crystalline particulate reinforced composites with excellent toughness and quasi-crystalline sintered composites with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
