The present invention relates to a cooling fan that is coupled to a computer mouse, which includes a plurality of ventilation holes in the body of the mouse and a fan cooling chamber installed therein. By operating the fan to prevent heat and sweat, it can be easily turned on and off when needed, and the mouse jack is plugged into a mouse plug installed in the computer body.
