In the soundproof cabinet (1 in FIG. 1), by arranging the air inhaler 2, the soundproof box 3, and the silencer 4 at an appropriate position, the total volume of the soundproof cabinet can be reduced. By arranging the air intake and the silencer on the sound insulation box (Fig. 1) or the side (Fig. 3) together, it is possible to save the space occupied independently by the air intake and the silencer. In this case, the air intake and the silencer may be arranged together before and after (FIG. 1) or side by side (FIG. 3) together. Meanwhile, the height of the soundproof cabinet can be reduced by making the front door or the rear door of the soundproof box into the structure of the air inhaler or the silencer, and using the front door or the back door as the air intake or silencer.
