The present invention relates to a molding container for producing an ice cream in the form of a roll cake. The molding container of the roll cake type ice cream of the present invention has a mold having a semi-cylindrical shape therein, an upper surface of which is open, and a mold having one or more openings in a bottom thereof. Using the molding container of the present invention, since it can produce an ice cream that can overcome the shortcomings of the ice cream of the combined form of the conventional cake and ice cream, it will be widely used in the development of ice cream products.
