FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves intramuscularly administering to cows sodium selenite 20 days before calving, administering laser radiation to the uterus in the first 5 days for 3-5 min. The mixture is composed of novocaine 1.0 g, trypsin 0.05 g, carbocholine 0.002 g and distilled water 100 ml in one dose.
