FIELD: crude oil treatment. SUBSTANCE: composition contains special-type polyether, high-boiling fraction M-22, flotation reagent oxal T-66, ethylene glycol/water mixture at specified proportion. Emulsion breaking apparatus has cylindrical casing, pressure inlet pipe for crude oil and oil dehydration composition, water inlet pipe, flow swirling device, damper, vortex chamber in the form of paraboloid of revolution for creating acoustic wave field mounted coaxially to casing in water inlet pipe. Oil flow swirling device represents pressure pipe with tangential inlet. Composition is mixed with crude oil by means vortex-wave interaction in acoustic field with oscillation frequency between 10 Hz and 30 kHz and oscillation amplitude between 100 Pa and 10 MPa.
