FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing two holes in anterolateral wall of the sinus above bone anastomosis/defect under endoscopic control longer than anastomosis/defect length. Bone and soft tissue fragment is subjected to osteotomy treatment within the boundaries of internal edges of adjacent teeth. Mucous membrane is cut by defect size in producing flap in the inferior region. The superior region is mobilized downwards without cutting the mucous membrane. The flap is moved towards the hard palate. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of complications. 1 dwg
