FIELD: shoe industry and medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: inner sole has base with member adapted to be arranged adjacent to foot fornix. Inner sole profile is made so as to conform with foot profile to the maximum extent. Materials with different resiliency coefficients are used for different portions of foot profile. These materials are adapted to be molded on. Method involves providing negative model of foot surface adjoining to inner sole with following introduction of orthopedic corrections, including arrangement of foot fornix supporting member adjacent to foot fornix+ADs- manufacturing positive model+ADs- placing inner sole blank preliminarily heated to plasticity temperature of moldable-on materials into press mold, which is positive model, with single-edged knife being arranged along positive model perimeter+ADs- pressing by means of press for period of time required for forming+ADs- withdrawing, upon expiration of mentioned time, ready-for-use inner sole from press mold. Inner sole of such construction provides for reduced specific pressure upon foot parts commonly subjected to loading, for example, metatarsal bone head or heel region, and reduced zones with boundaries of abrupt pressure variations.
