SUBSTANCE: method intended to prevent closure of mains stand-by circuit breaker before two-phase ground fault in double-ended distribution networks is eliminated involves comparison of time moments between appearance and disappearance of no-current voltages between lines for automatic reclosure of sectionalizing circuit breaker; to this end three voltages between lines are checked, disappearance of one of them recorded, and in case of disappearance of two other voltages, recording of no-current interval of sectionalizing circuit breaker automatic reclosure is started; if these two voltages between lines are noted by end of recording, inhibit signal is sent to prevent automatic turn-on of stand-by supply.
