FIELD: feed production. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing raw material to homogenization and microwave energy treatment with following extraction with acetone and extracting dense residue; drying dense residue for obtaining basic product - protein concentrate; providing concentration of remaining acetone fraction and dehydrating it while filtering; carrying out repeated concentration process and mixing dense residue with petroleum ether; washing with water; dividing into two fractions while separating protein-saline solution; concentrating petroleum ether to dense residue with further multiple extraction of the latter by means of acetone cooled to -20 C; filtering out sediment and obtaining basic product - phospholipin and saponin complex; boiling up extract to obtain carotinoid.
