The additional tube is manufactured as handle and/or coupling means for making connection to surgical equipment. The suction member is manufactured from latex. It has size of maximum cross-section that is greater than additional tube maximum cross-section at least by 1/3. The fixing device is usable for fixing tissues in performing tissue dissection. Rarefaction is created between the tissues and the nozzle. Tissue traction and anti-traction is created by using the handle. After transecting and/or moving tissues apart, the rarefaction is taken off. EFFECT: high reliability in fixing tissues. 5 cl
