FIELD: antenna engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has coaxial input line matched with identical flexible two-wire output lines. External electrode on finish of input line is shortened to length l. Each wire of output line has round-section conductor in cylindrical insulator. Cylindrical insulators in each output line are contiguous through their length. Start of one of output-line wires is disposed in input-line division zone on length L so that cylindrical insulators of this wire and of output line are contiguous and conductor of this wire is connected to external electrode of input line; second conductor of this output line is connected to internal electrode. Cylindrical insulators have recess of at least half the length L on horn side. This recess receives insulating plate whose thickness is not greater than half the diameter of cylindrical insulator; this plate protrudes along horn symmetry axis through length not less than length of recess and in transverse direction it is twice as long.
