SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of 5-aryl-3-(8-azabicyclo-[3.2.1]oct-3-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol- 2(3H)-one of the general formula (I) where R₁ means alkyl or cycloalkylmethyl group; X₁ means hydrogen or halogen atom or alkoxyl-group or, alternatively, OR₁ and X₁ in common mean -OCH₂O-, -O(CH₂)₂-, -O(CH₂)₃-, -O(CH₂)₂O-or -O(CH₂)₃O- group; X₂ means hydrogen atom or amino-group; X₃ means hydrogen or halogen atom; R₂ means hydrogen atom, possibly substituted alkyl group, possibly substituted phenylalkyl group or the group -(CH₂)_n- CO-Z where n = 1-6; Z means 1-piperidyl group. Invention describes also a method of their synthesis, pharmaceutical composition and medicinal agent.
