GAS FILLING STATION AT STAGE CHARGING OF RESERVOIRS WITH COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS

FIELD: filling reservoirs with compressed natural gas; charging transport facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed station includes compressor unit, accumulator units connected with compressor unit and with reservoir to be filled, units for control of sequence of filling which is connected with accumulator units and pipe lines equipped with shut-off fittings. Station is provided with two accumulator units which are charged to maximum charging pressure; pipe line connecting the accumulator units with reservoir to be charge with gas is provided with narrowing unit. Filling control unit is made in form of electronic unit electrically-operated shut-off members connected with it, pressure differential converter mounted on narrowing unit, pressure sensor fitted in accumulator unit of lesser volume and compressor plant drive control systems. Electrically-operated shut-off members are fitted in pipe lines used for connecting the accumulator unit of lesser diameter and compressor plant with narrowing unit, as well as compressor plant with accumulator unit of larger diameter. EFFECT: simplified technological scheme of fillings; complete usage of accumulator energy; possibility of using compressor plant as last filling stage; avoidance of formation of crystalline hydrates during operation of station with high content of heavy hydrocarbons. 1 dwg
