FIELD: communication facilities. SUBSTANCE: system used for organizing exchange of information among distant users speaking in different languages has local telecommunication networks incorporating users' digital transceivers connected through communication channels with network communication center; regional telecommunication networks incorporating ring-connected network switching centers and territorial switching centers; and unibus telecommunication networks in the form of cellular communication networks incorporating ring-connected territorial and unibus switching centers. Novelty is that system is provided in addition with intermediate telecommunication systems each incorporating territorial switching centers ring-connected by means of communication channels; number of intermediate telecommunication systems depends on number of basic international languages; their territorial switching centers are interconnected in pairs and connected to respective territorial switching centers of either respective regional network or unibus communication network.
