FIELD: devices for preparation of oxygen-containing additives for motor petrol and other additives requiring finely- dispersed bead catalysts. SUBSTANCE: tubular reactor for synthesis of alkyl-tert-alkyl esters is provided with device for filtration of reaction mass from finely-dispersed catalyst and catalyst dust which is mounted in reactor cover. Filtration device is mounted before reaction mass outlet pipe unions and is made in form of two perforated coaxial cylinders closed with two perforated plates at the top; steel gauzes with glass fiber and/or glass cloth is rigidly secured between these plates. Ratio of diameter and height of outer cylinder is 1.8 to 1 and thickness of filtering layer is equal to 50±5 mm. Sealing the steel gauzes, gauzes with glass fiber and/or glass cloth is effected due to hold-down rings fitted at the top and at the bottom of filters and provided with anchor bolts. Upper plate of cylinders may be made in form of perforated spheres with filter bolted between them.
