Twin shelled plastic and card beaker production plant has two lines for preforming and transferring card shells into molds at the end of a plastic film thermoforming line

Two parallel card forming lines(4) have formatted frames(6) for receiving and transporting card shells produced from card sections by formers. A central line with heaters(2) conveys thermoplastic film. At the head ends of all lines a transverse track moves two thermoforming tools alternately between transfer stations in both card shell forming lines to a central thermoforming station(3) with a punch for forming film shells inside the card shells.
