Apparatus for removing oil components from materials present in a loose bulk form such as bulk, screws and mill sludge comprises a container (100) which can move using one oscillating drive (101) and having an upper feed opening (102) for the material to be treated and which can be sealed air-tight and an admission opening (112) at the bottom of the container for a destraction agent that is introduced in a supercritical state; and connections for removing the three-component mixture of destraction agent, water and oil and for evacuating and/or flooding the container. Preferred Features: Two containers are arranged parallel to each other and are connected together using the assigned connections. The container has a waste opening (117) for the materials liberated from the oil components so that the apparatus can operate continuously. The destraction agent is n-pentane, propane and ethane.
