The ratchet ring spanner has a radially open rotary bearing on the end facing the union nut. The outer periphery of the plug-in nut has toothing into which fit locking pieces mounted in the ratchet ring spanner. A transmission element is integrated in an operating lever. The part of the open ratchet ring spanner facing the union nut is in the form of a gear. The side of the plug-in nut facing away from the mouth opening has two transmission pinions. The side of the pair of pinions f acing away from the mouth opening has a drive cog wheel engaging with the pinions' toothing.
