A winding wire is wound onto rotor (6) which includes polarized multi-pole magnet (8) and teeth (14a-14i). Each teeth is assigned to different U,V and W phase in specific order to establish central angle ( eta 1) in the range of 120 deg /n. The position of each teeth is determined so that central angle ( eta 2) established on double side of teeth is set within the limits of 360 deg /t-360 deg /P.
