The device has several laser light sources (14) that produce separate laser beams (16), a pivotable lens (10) in each beam path that can be pivoted by actuators through a small angle in several spatial directions and a collection lens (4) arranged in the light path of all beams emanating from the pivotable lenses to focus all beams in common onto the surface of the print form (2). An optical modulator (12) is arranged in each beam path. Independent claims are also included for the following: a method of laser beam gravure of printing forms.
