The heavy load transporting truck has an underbase which has a lifting device for raising the truck's running gear from the guide rails(7-10) and a rotating device(13) for rotating the raised running gear in relation to the lifting device. The lifting device has four lifting spindles(19) equipped with support feet(18) and driven by an electric motor(20). The spindles are located on the four corners of the frame supporting the rotating device. The rotating device has a support plate(15) attached to the running gear and is connected to toothed ring(14) driven by an electric motor(16).
