The plant consists of a compact steam turbine system without steam boiler. Steam is generated in a combustion chamber. The system comprises of turbo compressor, air cooler, heater, combustion chamber, steam turbine, condenser, water ring pumps, and heat pump. Air is sucked into and compressed in the compressor, fuel is injected into and combusted in a chamber, which is externally water cooled. Heated cooling water is injected into the chamber and the gas/steam mixture is fed into a steam turbine. The heat pump extracts condensation energy from the condenser behind the turbine, and the pumps extract the gas from the condenser.
