Oral and dental care product comprises microcapsules. Independent claims are also included for: (a) oral and dental care product containing not less than 2 ingredients, which are separated, so that they are not in contact with each other; (b) a tablet dispenser for storing and dispensing single portions of an oral and dental care tablet containing the microcapsules, which has a tank for holding the tablets, a mechanism for dispensing single tablets from the tank and a dispenser housing of variable shape, color and material, such that the tank/dispenser pack can be exchanged; (c) a tablet dispenser with press button connected to a timing mechanism, which is started by actuating the press button and gives a visual and/or acoustic signal after a predetermined period; (d) a box-in-box system with the oral and dental care tablets and tablet dispenser.
