The system has jet engines on raised axles of high speed/super high speed railway trains or other fast rail traffic so the engines can be pivotably locked on or in regions of the axles and coordinated for propulsion or very fast forward movement simultaneously with smaller continuous downward force components matching the driving characteristics to prevent super high speed trains from leaving the track. The system has jet engines (20) mounted on the raised axles (3) of high speed/super high speed railway trains or other fast rail traffic so that the engines can be pivotably locked on or in regions of the axles in the track direction and coordinated in their action for propulsion or very fast forward movement simultaneously with smaller continuous downward force components matching the driving characteristics to provide additional down force to prevent super high speed trains from leaving the track (5).
