The heel is in the form of a round plate; the sole on its tread surfaces has ridge-shaped bars (11) in part-circles with different radii concentric with the center (4) of the heel. The tread surface of the heel has soft spikes (12). A backward set surface (8) from the sole tread surface has spikes(9).
