The device for raising and further delivery of ground water in a horizontal filter well in dry format involves a system with a ring segment conduit (12), in which cut-off sliders (13) and reinforcement form pieces (11) are integrated. A pump unit (4) is used with immersion cover pumps as underwater motor pumps (5) fitted in a pressure cover (6). By means of the ring segment conduit and the cut-off sliders, mixture is prevented of different qualities of the ground water (3). For monitoring and maintenance of the horizontal filter well, two intermediary platforms (16) are arranged, providing ease of access to all fittings and components.
