The system has one or more components per item of furniture, e.g. a propeller (1), a drive (2), a heating coil (3), a controller (4), an air feed (5,9), temperature sensors and so on. A vacuum or over pressure is produced above or below the fan by rotation of the propeller. The drive, e.g. the electric motor, turns the propeller(s) at a defined speed and can turn it in either direction.
