The joint sleeve (4) moving further axially on the joint axis (2) between closed and open positions is connected on the body side to a rod (6) in the joint (5) via a second joint (7). The line (8) between the joints (5,7) runs at an angle ( beta ) other than 90 deg in the open setting in relation to the axis of rotation (2). The rotation axis (2) presents a cylindrical surface in the form of a hollow cylinder (9) round which the joint rotates and moves axially. As the sleeve (4) turns so the second joint (7) moves along a path described by the joint (7) as it rotates round axis (2) and thus round joint (5). Axial movement of the sleeve (4) results from the sleeve rotating out of connection with rod (6).
