Production of health-promoting composition, useful for reducing narrowing of and deposits in blood vessels, involves leaving lemon slices at room temperature and adding honey, then pollen and carob bean syrup at specified intervals

Production of a health-promoting composition comprises: (A) cutting lemons and leaving these in a covered container for 12-16 days at room temperature; (B) adding honey and leaving for 12-16 days; (C) adding flower pollen and carob bean syrup and leaving for another 9-11 days; (D) brief stirring at intervals throughout; and (E) pressing through a sieve for filtration. Production of a health-promoting composition comprises: (A) cutting 9-11 lemons into 1-1.5 cm thick slices and leaving these in a covered container for 12-16 days at room temperature; (B) adding 900-1100 g honey and leaving for 12-16 days; (C) adding 90-110 g flower pollen and 400-600 ml carob bean syrup and leaving for 9-11 days; (D) brief stirring at 45-55 hour intervals; and (E) pressing through a sieve for filtration. An Independent claims is also included for the production of a health-promoting composition which includes an extra stage, in which stage (C) is followed by adding 900-1100 ml whisky and leaving for 9-11 days, with brief stirring as above, then pressing and filtration.
