The channels act for installations for electric cables, sanitary installations or heating elements. The outer wall and all supporting walls can be sealed on the inside with plaster. The block is made of clay, concrete, gypsum, limestone or swelling clay. All outer walls have an insulation layer with a heat conductivity less than 0.2 Wm2/K.
