The clamp holder (1) non-positively engages a rail and a rail holder around more than half of the rail circumference. The clamp holder is formed in one piece. The rails and the rail holder are guided in the clamp holder with little play. A clamp device is arranged at the clamp holder to adjust the rails against the rail holder. The clamp holder may be secured or adjusted using a screw.
