The method involves first producing the surfaces of the components to be connected with a rough mechanical process, flattening them with a fine mechanical process, roughening them with a third process, applying heat conducting paste to at least one surface, bringing them together under pressure and moving them relative to each other and fixing the components together in their contact position.
