Strongly luminescent liquid elastomer nail coatings, that are removable by peeling or rubbing, is a polymeric coating of the nail comprising elastomers or polymers that contain strongly luminescent pigments based on alkaline earth aluminates (greater than 100 mcd/m2 after 10 minutes) or mixed with weakly luminescent pigments.
