A two-component sealing composition containing components A and B, where A is a plastics-bitumen-emulsion with additives, especially mineral and/or synthetic sealing agents comprising fibers and rubber particles of grain size 0.01-18 mm and a portion comprising 25-85 wt.% of relative to the total emulsion of component A, and component B is a reactive powder (thermosetting, sic).
