The device for the body side mounting of a spring strut of a motor vehicle's wheel suspension includes a support spring encompassing the telescopic shock absorber and pivot-supported on the body by an additional bearing. The spring holder (20) on the body side is formed as a spherical cup (34) which with a body side support plate (26) having a spherical section (38) forms a spherical slide bearing. The spring holder has a guide bush (40) through which extends the piston rod (12) of the shock absorber.
